Announcements: 1st Carl Beane Memorial Softball Game Saturday June 27th at 2 pm
Holland Police Department’s Law Enforcement Equipment grant application has been selected to receive an Edward J. Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant in the amount of $30,000.
Thanks to the cooperative efforts of Joanne Higgins and Amy Bishop, the town will receive a grant in the amount of $84,000, from Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) for drainage issues on Over the Top Road.
Joanne also sought and received grants for the Highway department for the following;
Ice guards for the roof of the garage
3 eyewash stations
Cylinder cabinet for safe storage of welding gas tanks
Chainsaw safety equip including chaps and helmets
MASSDOT – Governor has released Chapter 90 funds for pothole repair. Holland will receive up to $23,685 in reimbursements for qualified repairs.
